Prioritize on the essential food and take it one step at a time. Start changing a little on your diet to prevent from more damages and sickness. Your body has the tendency to react on the new cycle that you will be taking. You have to do it little by little to avoid negative body reactions. In this way, you can condition yourself on the new cycle that you will engage in to.

Discipline is a must. You are responsible on the changes you are taking. You have to be firm on your decisions. If you want to lose weight and be healthy, you need to be consistent. Stopping at the middle part of your program or plan would greatly affect your body reaction. If you will stop, it might give a negative effect emotionally and physically. You must have commitment with yourself. If you cannot have this, then for sure, you will be successful on this. Try to think about the efforts that you made in the past. If you will surrender that easily, you have to do it all once again. You have to go back from the start.

Patience is a virtue. If ever you will not achieve or have the results right away, do not loose hope. This may mean that the program ways that you are doing is not appropriate for you. Try another step or ways. You can always seek help from a friend or professionals on the other options that you can take. But be very careful with it. It is your body you are compromising, so make sure it is already tested and proven.

Exercise will never fail you. Do it little by little but constantly and regularly. Taking a little pf your sweat may also mean taking a little of your unnecessary fats in the body. It is already proven and tested by many. You can enjoy it by doing it with friends and colleagues. You can encourage them to join you so the process will not be boring.
